How do I make a purchase?
Browse the Store or Ranks page, add what you want to your cart, then click Checkout securely. You'll be taken to Tebex's secure payment page to complete your order.
How are my items delivered?
Everything is delivered automatically to your Minecraft account on the UnstablePvP network, with no codes to redeem. Just make sure you enter the correct username at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Usually within a couple of minutes of your payment clearing. If you're online when it lands, you may need to relog for some perks to apply.
I haven't received my purchase. What do I do?
First, relog and double-check you used the correct username. If it still hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, open a ticket on our Discord with your transaction email and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Because items are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final except where required by law. If something went wrong with your order, contact us before opening a payment dispute. See our Terms & Conditions.
What payment methods can I use?
Tebex supports a wide range of methods including card, PayPal and others depending on your region. Available options are shown on the checkout page.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Tebex and its payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
Do my purchases expire?
Coins and one-time upgrades are permanent. Ranks are a one-time purchase and stay on your account. Any limited-time offers will say so on the package.
