These Terms govern your use of the UnstablePvP store and your purchase of digital products for use on the UnstablePvP Minecraft network. By making a purchase you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to make a purchase. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian and that they agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Purchases & delivery
All products sold are digital items delivered to your Minecraft account on the UnstablePvP network. Delivery is automatic and normally completes within a few minutes of your payment clearing. You are responsible for providing the correct Minecraft username at checkout.
3. Pricing & currency
Prices are shown in your selected currency and may be converted at checkout. We may change prices, packages and promotions at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
4. Refunds, cancellations & chargebacks
Because products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final except where a refund is required by law. If you believe a purchase was not delivered, contact us before opening a payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal may result in removal of purchased items and a permanent ban from the network.
5. Acceptable use
Purchased perks do not exempt you from our in-game rules. Cheating, exploiting, harassment or other rule-breaking may result in suspension or a ban without refund.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the network and store online at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Packages, perks and features may be changed, replaced or discontinued.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Tebex, and its payment providers. We do not receive or store your card details. Tebex's own terms also apply to your transaction.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
